Information and assistance in

The personal native language advisors provide assistance
in many everyday practical matters including housing,
education, leisure activities, health and public services
offered by the city and other authorities.
Weekly service hours:
- Chinese Monday 3-5 p.m.
- Russian Tuesday 3-5 p.m.
- Turkish Wednesday 3-5 p.m.
- Thai Thursday 3-5 p.m.
- Arabic Friday 2-4 p.m.
The advisors also provide guidance by telephone and
e-mail during service hours
The Oulu10 service point provides guidance in Finnish and
English daily by its permanent staff.
