Your primary contact in all mental-health related issues is your family doctor (health centres), who will refer you to special care, if necessary. You can also turn to the Mental Health Clinic for advice.

If you need help and support in mental health issues or would like to know about available mental healthcare options for you or a relative, please contact your local Mental Health Clinic. In crisis situations you can contact the emergency mental health services. An appointment is not required for these services, even during office hours.

You can also arrange an appointment via the emergency helpline so that your situation can be assessed. The appointment will be scheduled for as soon as the situation demands. You can take relatives with you to the assessment.
