Library Services at Home

Library Services at Home | Other Specific Services

Library Services at Home refer to a service that delivers library items to customers at their home. This service is available for residents of Oulu who are unable to visit the library due to old age, illness, disability or other individual circumstances.

Before the services begin, each applicant will be interviewed.

The usual library user regulations apply to home service customers.

Items will be delivered monthly to the customer’s home. The entire collection in Oulu City Library is available for home service customers.
