The Principles of Exhibiting

Our aim is to provide a wide and diverse range of exhibitions. The exhibitions are one way of distributing fact-based information. We cannot accept exhibitions idolising war and violence, promoting racial discrimination or in any other way offending human dignity. The qualities and technical requirements of the exhibitions have to be suitable for public premises.

You can apply for the exhibition facilities in the central library twice a year with a form presenting e.g. your exhibition plan and information about the exhibitor. With the same form, the exhibitor undertakes to carry out the practicalities of holding an exhibition and necessary monitoring measures. An exhibition should not cause the library any expenses nor is the library responsible or liable for the exhibits. The name of the exhibitor has to be visible. Please note, signatures cannot be collected on petitions in the library.
