The department of social services for immigrants receives refugees and returnees in Oulu and organises integration services.

The social and health care services for immigrants provide guidance and counselling services in matters related to immigration and integration. Comprehensive social welfare services are available for three years for immigrants who have entered Finland as refugees, and for six months for returnees.

The office is open from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm, and from 8 am to 3 pm on Friday. The office has moved to Kauppurienkatu 8 B ( IV floor) in the beginning of October 2011.
